Inbound shipments are typically processed within 24–48 hours of arrival, and scheduled appointments can be received and put away the same day.     Hazardous and regulated commodities are reviewed case by case before we accept them, because handling and storage requirements vary by material. If your product carries a hazard classification, send the safety data sheet with your quote request and we'll tell you plainly whether we can store it.

    Every inbound is checked in and recorded against your account, and every outbound is recorded when it ships, so your on-hand position stays accurate. We agree on the reporting you need — including how often you receive inventory counts and in what format — as part of onboarding.
